Hostel SoHa is offering students a unique type of shared housing from September to May. We have large indoor and outdoor common spaces, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, organized fridge and dry storage for each resident, and much more. While more independent than a traditional college dorm, there is no shortage of opportunities to socialize and host fun events in our space. Our head of household or resident advisor will be on site to assure spaces are clean and stocked, residents are respectful of others, and rules enacted by household members are upheld.

• Our rates are $500 a month plus sales tax and include all utilities. 
• Our move in dates for Fall 2025 are flexible and go from August 21st – September 30th. 
• Our move out date is no later then May 17th 2026 but students are welcome to reapply for weekly or monthly housing into or for the duration of Summer 2026, if desired. 
• We are currently seeking a resident advisor for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. This individual will be responsible for assigning and managing weekly cleaning tasks to residents, holding weekly house meetings, and putting in orders for household items. This person will also be encouraged to plan social events and outings for all residents. As a perk, this individual will have a private room and discounted rent. Couples are also encouraged to apply for a joint position.
